Q.Can you handle multiple repairs in one visit?
Absolutely — that's our specialty. Most customers give us a punch list of 5–10 items and we knock them all out in one visit. It's more cost-effective than scheduling separate appointments for each repair.
Q.How do I know if I need a handyman or a licensed contractor?
A good rule of thumb: if the repair doesn't require a permit and doesn't involve structural, major electrical, or major plumbing work, a handyman can handle it. We'll always tell you honestly if a job is outside our scope and refer you to the right professional.
Q.Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
We charge by the job for most repairs — you get a flat-rate price upfront so there are no surprises. For large punch lists or open-ended projects, we may quote an hourly rate. We'll always be clear about pricing before we start.
Q.What if you find additional problems during the repair?
We'll stop and tell you immediately. We never do additional work without your approval and a revised quote. You're always in control of what gets done and what it costs.
Q.Do you work on rental properties?
Yes — we work with many landlords and property managers throughout Tampa Bay. We can coordinate directly with tenants for access and provide detailed invoices for your records.
